WaterSports

Faliraki offers visitors a large variety of watersports that suit all preferences and ages. There is windsurfing and ski schools. Along the big sandy beach you can have a ride on a "banana" or a "ring”, or simply relax on a canoe or a water bicycle. For those that prefer action there are jet-skis, parachutes and bungee jumping. For the children but also for the older ones, there are waterslides.

Golf

The golf course in afandou is located a short distance (6km) from faliraki.
It's a small golf course consisting of 18 holes\ par 73. It was designed by the famous British architect Donald Harradine, and has been functioning since May 1973. The best variety of grass, trees and shrubs have been planted in the course which is kept green all year round.
In this golf course the famous 'Rhodes pro-am and Rhodes' open takes place. It is sponsored by the national golf club in Greece, in corporation with the local golf clubs.
Many professionals and amateur golfers take part in this event. Many have won trophies and prizes in international golf events.

Cycling

Bike riding and cycling is a must when it comes to your stay in Faliraki. Due to the resorts size, many visitors prefer to hire a bike from one of the numerous hiring centers, in order to see all that Faliraki has to offer. You may even cycle to the nearby areas or even Rhodes Town, which is a mere 15 km from Faliraki Centre. With that beautiful coastal view, you will forget you are even riding a bike.

Trekking & Running

Faliraki coastal line (beach) runs for many kilometres, making it an ideal path to use, either for running or for a relaxing walk. You may stop on the way at one of the numerous beach bars or restaurants for a drink or a bite to eat. For the more adventurous kind, many trekking events are organised by the local sports organisation, so ask at any near information desk for up to date schedules.

Diving & Snorkeling

Diving in the clear blue water of Faliraki coast will be something you will never forget. The resort offers professional diving schools with experts ready to show you the deep blue sea. Kallithea Springs is popular for its diving areas, where one will find underwater caves and sea life.
